The Exide Life Insurance customer would have the facility, to pay the insurance premium by simply giving the Policy No. at B1 center. This facility would allow the B1 operator to validate the insurance premium before conducting any transaction at B1 centres. On successful payment of premium at B1 center, a receipt would be generated which would be issued to the citizen with duly signature of operator.
The customer has to provide only the policy number in order to pay their insurance premium The payment details are fetched from the department database using the provided policy number.
Payment mode will be cash, DD, Cheque or Credit card. Customer will be provided the BangaloreOne Receipt, at the end of the transaction.
